You mean that your user account is a domain administrator, right?
Server Management | Users | (double click your user account in the right
pane) | Terminal Services Profile tab
make sure "Allow logon to Terminal Server" is checked.

I try to use remote desktop connection from my winxp machine
to login to the server. I am a administrator and a member of the
remote user group.
But it gives me this message when trying to login
"To log on to this remote computer, you must be granted the Allow log on
through Terminal Server right. By default, members of the Remote Desktop
users group have this right."
I've search in vain for the the Terminal Server right.
Can anyone help.
Thanks
