Well after the comfy 20g or so system drive, do you want one size fits all?
Do you understand the data needs of the company, what type of documents do
they handle?
What are their email requirments - do they send and/or receive very large
attachments?
Are they going to have SQL databases, if so how many, how big, etc.
Knowing this you can decide whether to compartmentalize the remaining space
or not.
