Auto-Started services not running

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi,

I had to restart the SBS server, I'm now getting this in the daily
performance report:

Auto-started Services Not Running
SQLAgent$SBSMonitoring

Also, I have an instance of OWSTIMER.EXE taking up very high CPU usage. I
killed it through the server console and the CPU drops back to normal. I
haven't seen any side-effect so far? Although I was getting an error about
the it in the daily report.

In addition, is it normal to see the server sitting in Preparing for network
connection and Applying settings for a while after a reboot? The server is
an Intel 2.8GHz Dual-Core with 2GB RAM, 250GB SATA HD no raid.

Any help is much appreciated.
