Dear Customer,
Thank you for posting to the SBS Newsgroup.
I understand that when one of your clients logging off workstation, she
cannot synchronize her profile. If I have misunderstood your concern,
please let me know.
From your description, it seems that you have enable Folder Redirection andRoaming Profile for the problematic client. The issue may be caused if you
enable the Offline Folder Caching. Please see:
It is important to turn off Offline Folder caching for shared directories
where roaming user profiles are stored. If you do not turn off Offline
Folder caching for a user's profile, you might experience synchronization
problems when both Offline Folders and roaming user profiles try to
synchronize the files in a user's profile. This does not affect your
ability to use Offline Folders with redirected folders such as My
Documents.
I strongly suggest that you read through following Web Link for detail
information, please see:

If you have performed all the steps above, please help me to gather
following information for further research:
1. Just to double confirm, does this issue occur to only one specific
client or certain clients?
2. Does the problematic client encounter any error message when she logging
off workstation? If yes, please type the error message word by word to the
Newsgroup for accurate research.
3. If you ask the problematic client to log on and log off a good
workstation, will this issue occur?
4. If you ask a good client to log on and log off the problematic
workstation, will this issue occur?
5. When did the issue occur? Did the problematic client have the issue
before? Did you/she make any changes on the SBS Server and problematic
workstation recently?
6. On the problematic workstation, run "eventvwr" (without quotation
marks), check whether there are any errors. If yes, double click it, click
the Copy button and paste the full content to the Newsgroup.
