I have installed SBS 2003 Premium. I cannot access my website, or anything
outside the network. Can access all inside. New at this... Can someone tell
me where I should start trouble shooting? I can ping my server as well
outside....

I assume that you used CEICW to configure your SBS....Ethernet adapter Server Local Area Connection:... host unreachable means that your SBS box cannot route to your website....
