Clients cant remote desktop

Having read a post on switching to a single nic, which by the way seems to
be a far better in terms of overall performance and simplicity, I can no
longer Remote Desktop between Clients internally.

Ive tried using direct IP instead of Names but to no avail. Obviously all
the correct ports are open and SBS DHCP DNS seem to be working perfectly.

I can remote desktop to the SBS but not back again.

On a side issue, I have a number or Routers in the network, these have DHCP
disabled, however they all have a "DHCP relay" function. Should I set the
SBS IP as the "DHCP Relay"?
