SBS2003 to SBS2003 (Migrating Hardware)

Since SBS2003 is new to me and I have only done this task with Standard
Server installations. "How do you go about migrating hardware from a
known running installation of SBS2003 to new hardware?" How to get
AD to sync or replicate with the new hardware so I can remove the old
hardware?

From reading various topics and their replies, it sounds like you can
not have (2) SBS2003 running as Domain controllers - is this correct?
Has anyone done what I have been asked to do? I am still searching
for an easy solution so I don't have to start from scratch and have
the domain down in the process.

As in Windows 200x Server, you could have as many DC's as you wanted
and thought I could handle this migration in a similar manner, transfer
FSMO to new hardware, demote old hardware and remove. I guess it
isn't as easy as that or I am missing something.

If anyone has any ideas or directions on how to accomplish what I have
been requested to do, please send me a reply. Thanks for your time.
