Connect Computer vs Roaming Profiles

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

Are there any gotcha's in a swing migrated SBS 2000-2003 Premium Ed. with
roaming profiles if I use Connect Computer? I have not tried it yet just in
case, but am tempted because some of the profiles seem to be corrupt or
incomplete. Some of these seem to improve if I rejoin the domain. Or should
I just rebuild the dodgy profiles?
