To answer that question you must rule out the non answers. You need SQL so
Premium is required so B is correct Only one SBS is allowed so the other SBS
solutions are ruled out. Cost rules out Enterprise and Datacenter doesn't
apply. Terminal services is needed and although A doesn't have near enough
RAM for performance A & B are correct in my opinion but then I miss a lot of
those practice questions too :>)

I have encountered this question on a practice test for 70-282. My
question
is If you are installing SBS 2003 on one machine and Win 2K3 on a second
machine where the 2nd machine will host a LOB application that requires
SQL
server, can you install the SQL server that comes with SBS 2003 premium
(from
the premium technologies disk) on to the win2k3 machine or does the
licensing
require you to install the SQL server on the SBS 2003 machine??
See practice question below:
Thanks!
You have been hired as a computer consultant by a company named MedDev.
MedDev is expanding the size of its existing workgroup from five users and
computers in the central office to include 20 users that will be working
from
their home offices. Company policy states that all client computers must
run
Microsoft Windows XP Professional and all remote users must have a
broadband
Internet connection.
Management has decided to lease a fractional T-1 line to provide Internet
connectivity. In addition to this purchase, management has purchased a
third-party Line of Business (LOB) application that is designed to run on
a
Microsoft SQL server. This LOB application will need to be accessed by all
users.
The management team at MedDev has asked you to provide hardware and
software
solutions that will meet the technical needs of MedDev while keeping costs
to
a minimum but preserving adequate performance. This means that you should
follow the recommended rather than the minimum requirements.
What should you do? (Choose all that apply.)
