DNS question

Hi;
This is 1/2 SBS and 1/2 DNS server on WIndows 2003 so I am trying here
first.
I have an SBS server that handles DNS for all systems in the domain. I
also have an external web server at a co-lo facility that handles
external DNS (the DNS the rest of the world sees).
1) For my SBS server, I have the TCP/IP network properties set that
the primary DNS is itself and there is no secondary DNS. Is this
correct? Or should the secondary DNS be my ISPs or webserver's IP
address?
2) For the webserver/external DNS server, dnsreport.com reports:
ERROR: One or more of your nameservers reports that it is an open DNS
server.
Is this bad and if so, how do I turn it off?
thanks - dave
