Hello George,.
Thank you for posting back!
Please help me to confirm:
You have deleted the original problematic Administrator Profile, but after
you log in with the problematic Administrator again, you encounter error
message.
Am I right?
=======
If you boot your computer into the Safe Mode, will this issue occur?
=======
If the issue persists in the Safe Mode, please help me to gather following
information for further research:
a. What is the exact error message you encounter? Please type the error
message word by word to the Newsgroup for accurate research.
b. On the problematic computer, run "eventvwr" (without quotation marks),
check whether there are any errors. If yes, double click it, click the Copy
button and paste the full content to the Newsgroup.
Please take your time to perform the steps and gather the information for
research. I am looking forward to hearing from you!
Best regards,
Brandy Nee

Hello Brandy!
Thank you for replying to my question.
After copying files and folders necessary from the problematic
profile, and as far as deleting the problematic profile, I get a messageit
stating that there has been a sharing voilation or process is running and
cannot be deleted. This is after I log-in when with the newly createdor
administrator profile...I am confused, is there something I need to verify
modify in order to delete?
Looking forward to your answer
Thank
George
