Hello Brandy!

Thank you for replying to my question.
After copying files and folders necessary from the problematic
administrator
profile, and as far as deleting the problematic profile, I get a message
stating that there has been a sharing voilation or process is running and
it
cannot be deleted. This is after I log-in when with the newly created
administrator profile...I am confused, is there something I need to verify
or
modify in order to delete?
