Accessing other users inbox with OWA : works for some accounts only

Hello,

I need to be able to access the inbox of my users via OWA. I created a
maintenance account for this purpose and gave this account full control on
the mailbox store.

When I start OWA with https://fqdn-of-my-server/exchange/some_user and enter
the maintenance account credentials, I can access the inbox of some users
only. For some other users I do get a "The page cannot be found" message.

Does anyone know what's happening ?
