Jenny,
First thanks for taking time to assist. To Answer your questions,
1. Yes I have changed the number to 100 in the number of items to display
per page. Did not resolve the issue. Did the usual Logon/Logoff procedure.
2. Issue did persist, so I logged into OWA with the user account from my
workstation, and had the same results, could only see the last 5 days or so
of messages in the inbox.
In the Exchange System Management Console, I Navigate to
Servers, First Storage Group, Mailbox Store(server name), then Mailboxes.
To the left I see my list of users and their mailbox size and total # of
items.
This users mailbox is 86,832kb and the total number of items is 878.
Any other ideas are greatly appreciated.

Hi Robert,.
Thanks for using the SBS newsgroup.
From your description, I understand the issue to be: the OWA only displays
the last 5 day emails of the inbox. If I am off base, please don't hesitate
to let me know.
Let us perform the following steps to trouble shoot the issue:
1. Access the OWA site with the affected user account, click Options in the
left panel.
2. Under the Messaging options region, please set the number of "number of
items to display per page" to 100. Then click Save and Close to save the
change.
Please re-logon the user account, what is the result?
If the issue persists, please try to logon to another workstation and then
logon the OWA with the affected user account, what is the result? How many
emails you can view? Please double check the emails number of the user
mailbox in the exchange server.
Hope above information helps! I am happy to be of assistance to you and
look forward to your reply!
Have a nice day!
Sincerely,
Jenny Wu

Issue: User on SBS Server has exhange account and uses Outlook Client
without issue. User then goes on the road and uses OWA to access exchange
account. No issues logging in remotely and no error messages appear,
however....
User's inbox is not complete. User says that emails for only the last 5
days appear. I check the user's exchange folder and see 700 items so I
the messages are still in mailbox, just not displaying in OWA.Exchange
Is there a setting or config in the Outlook client that causes this? Or in
the OWA client? I have been through both and cannot find anything that I
could determine to be the culprit. I have reviewed the Exchange
configuration as well, but did not see anything glaring.
It is also interesting to note, that I have two other users who use
on this server in the same manner who do not have this issue...which leadsme
to believe it is a setting on the Outlook client affecting this behavior.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated..
Regards,
Robert
