As you can see, theres no i386. under EXCHSRVR65, there is a setup.exe.
When I run it with /domainprep, it gives me the Exchange installer
wizard. Which asks for my exchange 25-digit key. As SBS/exchange was
installed with the server, I don't have this key (unless it is the the
same SBS key thats printed on the PC itself??)
How should I proceed?

Hi Adrian,.
Thank you for the detailed information. But I still didn't find any error
from the event log you sent me recently. So it may indicate there isn't any
problem to your Exchange Server, and please reconfirm whether the SMTP
address still cannot be stamped to the newly created user? If the issue
still exists, please try the steps I provided to you in my previous
response and update me with the results. For your convenience, I included
my previous steps below again:
Rebuild the RUS:
==========================
1. Start the Exchange System Manager tool.
2. Expand Recipients, and then click Recipient Update Services.
3. In the right pane, right-click Recipient Update Service (your server
name), and then click Rebuild.
4. Then, in Exchange System Manager, go to Recipients -> Recipient Update
Services. Right-click each item in the right pane and select Update. Then,
please right-click each item again to select Update Now.
Re-run setup /domainprep
==========================
1. Insert your Exchange 2000 Server or Exchange Server 2003 CD-ROM into the
CD Drive.
2. Click Start, click Run, type <drive>:\I386\Setup.exe /domainprep in the
Open box, and then press ENTER.
<drive> refers to the drive letter of your CD Drive. When you run Setup
with the /domainprep switch, you restore default permissions for the
Exchange Enterprise Servers group.
NOTE: Re-run setup.exe /domainprep to reset permissions will not harm any
data on your Exchange server and it just resets the permissions for some
system-use groups in AD.
From your reply, I know you don't sure which of the CDs you want to use.
The Windows Small Business Server 2003 Standard product covers the
following CDs:
CD#1 - Windows Server 2003 and SBS 2003 setup program
CD#2 - Exchange Server 2003 and Windows Support Tools
CD#3 - SBS Tools, Wizards and Health Monitor
CD#4 - Outlook 2003
CD#5 - SQL and ISA
Please let me know the result above so that I can provide the further
assistance on this issue. I am looking forward to your reply.
Have a nice day.
Best Regards,
Steven Zhu
