That is simply an alert, no big deal unless your server is having
performance issues. The problem has to do with how exchange reports memory
(it changed in SP1). I agree that Hot Fix 843539 shouldn't be done as
you've already done SP2. I would say you should manually change the
monitoring thresholds.
In the SBS console, select monitoring and reporting->change
thresholds->Performance counters->Select Store.exe and take note of the
counter average. Add say 20% to this value and set it as a threshold. SBS
will then only alert you if it goes above this new value.
In the task manager what it store.exe using for RAM and how much does your
server have?

If so, then I think you simply need to tune your thresholds. Maybe
provide
some info on your server and what numbers you are seeing and the group

let you know if they are normal.

Hello,
I mistakenly installed Exchange SP2 without first installing Exchange
SP1.
On searching various newsgroups and Microsoft, I find that I should
have
installed SP1 and then Hot Fix 843539 to fix the above mentioned error.
Now when trying to install the hot fix it tells me I can't because I
don't
have SP1 installed, and everything I've read says that I cannot
un-install
a
service pack.
How can I fix the "store.exe process error"?
