Router with IP address would seem correct - but there's a more correct
option that should be selected in this case - and that's the 'Full Time
Broadband' option.
Here's a picture that will help you understand the configuration with two
nics. It refers to ISA, but is the same without ISA.

so the workstations actually go through the server to get out to the
