Best practices: Two nic's but have harware firewall

I have gotten a new server which will now serve as our SBS server. I would
like to ensure that i don't repeat any of the mistakes i made on our first
install (like putting exchange on the c drive). I have two nics on the
server, but i have a hardware firewall device. How would i best configure
this?
