DHCP super scope

I have setup a super scope on my DHCP to allow me two scopes 10.0.0.0 and
10.0.1.0. The reason for this is we have computers and VOIP phones. The
VOIP phones are all on the 10.0.1.0 scope with reservations. Then with our
router settings any thing that is on the 10.0.1.0 scope goes out our T1
connection while the 10.0.0.0 goes out the DSL. This was done so our VOIP
qualitly woudlnt suffer from the internet usage.
This is my question. I have computers that are getting IP addresses in the
10.0.1.0 scope and I cant figure out why. Of our 10 systems only 2 are
doing this and none of the computers are on reserved IP addresses. I know I
can go through and set up a reserved IP for the computers but was wondering
if there was an better way to insure computer connected via the LAN or WiFi
get a ip from the 10.0.0.0 scope.
