From your description, I understand the issue to be: WSUS can not download
update and got event 364. If I have misunderstood your concerns, please do
not hesitate to let me know.

The problem should be a WSUS problem; I would suggest you post it in the
microsoft.public.windows.server.update_services newsgroup. The reason why
we recommend posting appropriately is you will get the most qualified pool
of respondents, and other partners who read the newsgroups regularly can
either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction with us.

| This is really starting to get quite irritating. WSUS can sychronise
| and gets a list of updates to install however it won't download the
| updates and I get Event ID: 364 in the log which states:
