Vacation Calendar link to Outlook 2003

I want to integrate the vacation calendar with outlook 2003, i have
the "Link to outlook" option, i click it and it creates a link.

The problem im having is that it keeps asking me for the password to
connect to companyweb, i enter my password and it rejects it.

I have the ability to get onto the sharepoint site and use it and i
have admin rights but it just wont let me connect to the calendar.

I get the error "Task 'Medistox Ltd - Vacation Calendar - Updating'
reported error (0x80004005) : 'You do not have permission to view this
Windows SharePoint Services folder. Contact the Windows SharePoint
Services site administrator.'"

I cannot understand why i get this error? Where are the sharepoint
folders held and what permissions are held on them?

I have made myself every type of admin you can imagine on the server to
see if that makes it so i can view the folder and nothing happens, can
someone shed some light on this before i rip my hair out?
