Why Upgrade to 2003?

Hello,

I wonder if any of you experts can give me some advice please.

If someone was to ask you 'why should I upgrade my server from SBS2000
to SBS2003, it's working fine as it is?' - what would you reply?

Basically the customer believes their server is working OK as it is, so
why should they upgrade? Should I just leave them running SBS2000?

Regards,
RAH
