My Domain Account that was used at the site collection owner of my intranet
site became deleted. After recreating the account and giving the appropriate
rights, I still receive the error "Cannot complete this action." I tried to
change the site collection owner, but when I type in the Site Url and click
view, I get the error "Cannot complete this action."
What can I do??
