Hi Catherine,
Thank you for posting in SBS newsgroup.
To narrow down the problem, would you please help me collect the following
information?
Does the admin pull the data disk or system disk out of SBS 2003 server? If
it is a system disk, it is better that you may need to reinstall the system.
Thanks for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Crina Li (MSFT)

| Hello again.
| Last week our office admin pulled the harddrive out of our SBS 2003
server
| while the system was running. An outside consultant managed to get
everything
| "running" but I am now back from vacation and finding a number of
errrors...
| Am getting error - Event 7022 - DCOM Server Process Launcher hung on
| starting. When I go to Services I am not offered option to "Stop" this
| service, (which shows as "Starting"), so I can't even try restarting.
Any
| suggestions?
|
| Thanks,
| Catherine
