First off, don't use the SBS box as your "workstation" what you are hitting is the enhanced IE configuration that protects this server.
Add the sites...it's supposed to be annoying because as an admin on a domain controller you don't want to be blindly surfing and downloading.

Hi,.
I am learning SBS on my own and have installed the server and everything seems to be working fine except i can't download any files from the inter. I am logged in as the administrator and i get the error "your current security settings do not allow for this file to be downloaded".
I have gone to IE6 tools >> internet options >> security >> internet and tried to change the zone from High to medium and I get the message " The recommended security level for this zone is "high" The level you have chosen is lower than this. Please choose a security level of "high" or "higher". Is this part of the internet explorer enhanced security configuration? How do i turn that off as it is really annoying having to add sites to the trusted list all the time.
thanks in advance
