Did you join the workstation by using http://servername/ConnectComputer ?
If you didn't then put the workstation back into a workgroup, delete the
existing computer if you see it as a valid workstation in Server Management,
delete it and re-add it, then go to that website to add it back to the
domain the SBS way.

xp pro sp2 client joined to new domain. firewall settings are set to
non-domain settings. I cannot get the gpo of the sbs2003 domain to change
the
local machines setting to the domain settings. nor can I change any of the
settings locally or with DA priv. how can this be done?
