If you're sending from a dynamic IP address Road Runner (and other
mail servers) may refuse to accept it. That may be the issue. The user may
also have you blacklisted (or not whitelisted) in his personal configuration
of the e-mail account.

I'm running SBS 2003 Premium SP1 on a Dell PE2600 Server. All has beendelay
running well for about a year. Now I'm starting to get Exchange SMTP
issues when sending to one specific email address and domain. I've madeno
changes to the standard SBS install and I did use the SBS InternetConnection
Wizard when I first installed the server. I have checked the known spamany
servers from several of the different blacklists and my server is not on
of them. While the error implies that the message will be sent, it neveris
actually sent to the recepient.
I'm getting the following error when sending to this user:
This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
THIS IS A WARNING MESSAGE ONLY.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESEND YOUR MESSAGE.
Delivery to the following recipients has been delayed.

Thanks.
