EventID 10010 Question

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I have been receiving this error over 190 times in the last 3 days. I
researched it on the web and message boards and am a little confused on the
resolution. The main issue is that in the event log the user is listed as an
employee of the company so I am assuming that it is his machine that is
causing the issue. All of the fixes refer to a reg edit at the server. Here
is the error log:

Description:
The server {5A5AA0AA-1DEB-4683-96B0-B43301E83971} did not register with DCOM
within the required timeout.
