Hi Dave,.
Thanks for your update.
Regarding to your information, you can apply the hotfix 831464 to the
server to try to resolve the issue. If you don't want to install the hotfix
immediately, you can try to delete the cached, compressed copy of the
affected file or files on the IIS server to see if the issue is resolved.
You can refer to the following steps:
1. Clear the IIS server files. To do so, follow these steps:
a. Go to your "%SystemRoot%\IIS Temporary Compressed Files" (C:\WINDOWS\IIS
Temporary Compressed Files or C:\WINNT\IIS Temporary Compressed Files)
directory.
b. Select all of the content in this directory and delete it.
2. If you have installed ISA, please clear ISA cache: url cache. You can
find the file by default in:
%sysdir%\URlcache
3. Click Start->Run, type "iisreset" (without the quotes) and click OK to
restart the IIS services.
At the client side:
1. Open IE, and go to Tools -> Internet Options.
2. Select Delete Files, check "Delete all offline files" and click OK to
confirm that you want to delete the content. Then check if the issue
disappears.
Then please try to test the issue, what is the result?
I am happy to be of assistance to you!
Have a nice day!
Sincerely,
Jenny Wu

I have two installations of SBS that are nearly identical. One, OWA
andperfect, and the other does not. I get some strange looking Icons,
the
"loading" message just stays there.... All other parts of the remoteaccess
seem to work fine - it's just the owa portion. I have checked theknowledge
base and can't find any issues with the settings - suggestions?
