From your description, the problem seems to be Windows 2003 issue. I would
like to suggest that you post the question in our Windows setup and
deployment newsgroup. The reason why we recommend posting appropriately is

I have about 15 win 2003 Std servers(diffrent hardware,most acting as
terminals) with the same problem:
When users login through rdp (allso the administrator),on the taskbar
they
get many "language bar", or "The Language Bar",
When i manualy remove the extra "The language bar"i get a seperator bar on
the middele of the taskbar,and all the minimized windows toggled toogether
in
1 box.
what is the diffrent between "language bar" & "The language bar" ?
