To my knowledge the config files for ISA get passwords from the person
setting up the system. I recall giving my file a pw when doing mine anyway!!
I don't remember if that was just when backing up the file or if the file
that is in use could be backed up and then imported or not!

That XML file is password protected, what is its password?
I am wanting to import the old ISA 2k config into new ISA 2k4.
Any ideas?
