Thanks for your update.

Have you applied hotfix 828481? Please double check that you have applied
it.

828481 Error 800423f4 appears in the backup log file when you back up a
volume

If the issue persists, please try to apply the following KB article to see
if it helps.

What is the result?

What is more, please double check that you have successfully change the
recovery model of the SQL Server database to Simple.
