Yes, you are right, by default, after we installed the Windows Small
Business Server 2003 SP1 (Q885918), there is C:\Windows\KB885918.log. I
also cannot find you installed the Outlook 2003 SP1 from setup.log,
considering the current condition, let's kindly refer to the following link
to re-apply the SBS 2003 SP1, then check if the issue can be reproduced:
