Hello Mike,
Thank you for posting to the SBS Newsgroup.
I understand that you have some license questions. Please see my reply for
each of your questions:
1. When a page is being enabled for anonymous access and published, anyone
on the Internet can access it, as long as they do not need to input their
credentials. However, logon a page such as OWA, you will be asked to input
credential and requires a CAL if you have already logged on in the office
without log off, but later you also log on OWA from the Internet, then it
will result in lack of CALs since 1 user may be assigned 2 CALs for it.
2. Please understand that logging data to the SQL Server is not done by
users, but done by IIS. So this will not result in licensing issues.

Simple question: On SBS 2003 Premium you publish web page through IIS.
that ~100.000 anonymous users simultaneously hit that page. What happens?is
Will only first 75 reach page, only 500 or all?
Another question: Published page get and put data into SQL database which
hosted by same SBS (SBS premium has SQL included). Do I need to purchase
more/another license to allow ~100.000 concurrent users access page?
