Auto-started Service Not Running

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

On my Server Performance Report that I receive daily, it says that one
of the auto-started services is not running. This is not the first day that
I received this, but since I have not noticed any problems I have not looked
into it until now. I went back through the logs to the day it first
happened and looked in the event viewer but could not find anything that
specified which service is not running. Is there another way to find this
service? I really don't how else to find this.

Thanks,
Mike
