Hi,
I posetd this in Exchange group but have had no chance of getting a
reply. I thought it might not be an Exchange issue.
I can access OWA from any PC that is not part of my network but can't
do it from within the network. I can access it if I use
http://localhost/exchange,
but if I use https://mail.mydomain.com/exchange I get "page cannot be
displayed". Same problem with accessign SharePoint.
I am new to Windows server, so be gentle!
One thing I must mention is that (being a newbie) when I set up the
server, I used "mydomain.com" as the domain name without prefixing
with anything (like "local.mydomain.com"). "mydomain.com" is a
registered domain and I have set the MX record at the domain
registrar to point to my SBS server; all the
relevant ports are opened (444, 443, ...).
Any solution short of having to re-install?
Thanks.
What happens if you go to
https://servername/exchange
from the LAN?
Or, use the server's FQDN (internal one - meaning, usually,
https://server'sNetBIOSname.mydomain.com/exchange )
.
