Leonard,.
You are pulling your mail from the ISP's server via the POP3 Connector, so
you can receive OK, but when you send to the same domain, you are getting
that message most likely because you also set up your SBS to serve that
domain when you ran the CEICW. To test my theory, create an account on your
SBS server with the name of the remote office email account you use, then
send a message. Log into that account via OWA and see if the mail is there.
Your best solution: stop using POP and switch to full use of Exchange. Have
remote offices use OWA or Outlook over HTTPS to get their mail from your SBS
server.

we have just setup a windows sbs2003 standard server.
we have set up exchange to collect pop3 email, which is working fine. We
have 3 offices.
our main head office is where the sbs2003 server is located and at the
moment is collecting 3 email accouts that are getting distributed to 2
workstations. sales@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx etc. the head office computers are
receiving email fine but unable to send email to the remote branches.
the remote branches only have 1 email address and is still geting
collected
direct to their workstations via the isp pop3.
when i send the email to the remote branches (remote
branche1@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx) i get the following error
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: test

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
remote1 (remote1@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx) on 08/02/2006 18:01
The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this
message was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient
directly to find out the correct address.
<mydomain.co.uk #5.1.1>
I would say this is because ther is not a mail box setup for this address,
all other email will send ok
HELP!!!!!!!!
Thanks
