Hello Chris,
Thank you for posting back!
I was just back to office yesterday.
To check whether the problematic client workstation uses
1. On the problematic client workstation. Go to Control Panel -> Network
Connections -> Double click "Local Area Connection".
2. On the General tab, click Properties.
3. On the General tab, highlight Internet Protocol (TCP/IP).
4. Click Properties.
5. On the General tab, click Advanced.
6. On the WINS tab, check whether there is any difference between the good
and problematic client workstations in the NetBIOS setting.
If the issue persists, please help me to gather all the information I have
required in my original reply.
Please take your time to perform the steps and gather the information. I am
looking forward to hearing from you!
Best regards,
Brandy Nee

Also, just to note, the computer was configured just like every other oneon
