SBS is dying

I've been asked to look at an sbs2003 that is behaving oddly. For
instance double clicking on C drive you get the hour glass up for
minutes and nothing happens. The app event log is full of errors 1030
Userenv,1006 Userenv, 9099 MSExchange SA, 7200 MSExchange IS Mailbox, 5
Active server pages .
Has anyone come across this before?
