I new in SBS world.

For example I have an account to a user xxx@xxxxxx and I have one
general account cultura@xxxxxx which this person should have the
control.

1. How should I make the configuration for those accounts ?
2. I need one user for each or I can only apply this account to the
user xxx?
3. Where in Exchange configuration I should make those changes?

Thanks

Does cultura@xxxxxx really need to be a separate mailbox? What is the
purpose of it/how will it be used? You can't create a mailbox without
creating a user object.....they're all part of the same thing.

Or do you just want mail sent to that address to get to xxx@xxxxxx?
If so, you can assign cultura@ to a distribution group in which xxx@
is a member.....or assign cultura@ as an additional e-mail address
for xxx@.

The main idea is that an user will have his email account xxx@ and a
departament email account cultural@. The company wants that user can
send and receive email from both email address, I mean in his Outlook
he can choose between the email accounts he want to send an email. I
think is more like a distribution group if I realy understand.

Thanks

Where do you want all mail sent to cultural@ to end up? If you want a shared
mailbox, you have to set up a new user, assign it that address....and then
grant full mailbox access & send as rights to the users who need to access
the mailbox & also send as that address (by putting it in the from field).

If you want all mail sent to that address to go to the user and *not* have
its own mailbox, you can add cultural@ as a distribution group, add the user
as member, and then grant the user Send As rights on the group.

Really depends on what you want.
