POP3 to SMTP

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

One of my clients has changed there email domain address and has asked that
I reconfigure everyone for the new name. I have a few questions that I hope
can be answered:

1) Currently they use POP3 to download there messages, I will be changing
them to SMTP, I have contacte the ISP and the MX records can be changed, no
problem and they will do a mail backup for 5 days. My question is, other
than setting up SMTP to recieve the email is there anything else I need to
do?
2) Do I just run the CICEW and inject the new domain name?
3) What happens to the old email, will people still be able to reply to it?
4) Is there anything that I should be aware of before I commit to doing this
for the client?

Thanks

George Adrian
