Matt,

Take a look in \program files\microsoft sql server\mssql$sharepoint\log and
if you can copy/past the top section of it into this thread. From that
should be able to tell what version/SP level it's at.

As a reference, take a look at the following article that talks about how
to determine the version of SQL.
