Have you re-ran the CEICW? It sounds like DNS issue or mis configured mail
domain.
Run the wizard, and at the Email Domain Name section of the wizard, be sure
to utilize the FQDN eramcgrady.com, and not the .local domain name.
I'm not sure what you mean when you indicate you've deleted POP3 account
from the server and put on local machine.
If you're using Exchange internally, and if you want the user's mail to be
backed up when scheduled, and if you want the email from the POP3 mailbox to
be available to the user via OWA, Outlook via HTTP, or through a windows
mobile activesync, then you ought to use the POP3 connector to grab mail
from your isp and bring it down to the Exchange Server.
Hope that provides a starting point.

I have a client using SBS 2003 Standard. They appear to be having some real
issues with e-mail and we are not sure where the problem is. Their e-mail
and
web site is hosted off site. Here is the problem. When sending to a known
good e-mail account from within the company, they get the following error:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
billkriner@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx on 2/2/2006 11:36 AM
The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this
message was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient
directly to find out the correct address.
<eramcgrady.com #5.1.1>
From my location I am able to send to that e-mail address with no problem.
Now, their internal domain name is eramcgrady.local. However, we have
deleted
the the users POP 3 account from Exchange Server and put it on his local
machine, but this still continues to happen. Any suggestions???? Thank
you.
