Always a tough call.  There isn't a good way to tell when the drive will 
fail.  Some go out completely; others continue to develop more and more bad 
sectors.

Wait until Friday?... maybe, but make absolutely sure that you run FULL 
backups nightly in case the worst happens.

And since your OS may or may not be in good shape now, I think I'd install 
the new drive, reinstall the base Win2003 server OS from CD1 of the SBS 
discs, bring the OS to the same Service Pack level as the old system, and 
then restore the latest backup of the old drive.
