Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry
Is this a "Shared" folder and if so does "Everyone" have Full Control or
Read? Unchecking the "Read Only" on the folder properties page does you no
good. This is a permission or shre issue and not an "attribute" issue. All
folders by default are tagged "Read Only" attribute.
