Hi Paul, Thanks for your kind update. 1. I have checked the gpNEW.TXT file, and found the Small Business Server Folder Redirection properly be applied to this remote client, you can find it at Resultant Set Of Policies for User part in the file. 2. Please also make sure these TCP ports 139/445 are allowed between the remote network and the local SBS Lan. 3. Make sure the remote client has proper permission for \\outer\users\Brian folder on the SBS Server. 4. If the issue persists, please kindly refer to my previous reply to gather more detailed information (Event logs, userenv log) for further analysis.
