DNS resolution

Hi all, I have the following problem:
I have setup an SBS server, and I am attempting to connect a client pc
to it. DHCP is setup, and the sever assigns the client an IP address
from the list.
Under ipconfig /all on the client the DHCP server shows up as
192.168.1.200 (correct), but when i type in nslookup it comes up with
server name unknown & address 127.0.0.1. & i can't figure out why.
On the server i have two network cards, external (for the internet)
setup as:
192.168.1.2
255.255.255.0
192.168.1.1
DNS 192.168.1.200
Internal card (for the LAN)
192.168.1.200
255.255.255.0
No gateway
DNS 192.168.1.200
The nslookup command reports the correct server name & address.
Has anyone got any ideas as to how i can resolve this issue, as it has
been giving me a real headache for the last few days.
Thanks in advance.
.
