SBS2003 firewall is blocking access to local router

I have just set up RWW on our SBS2003 server. In the process I used the
email/internet wizard to set up the fire wall. After running the wizard I can
no longer interact with my Symantec Router through the standard web browser
(on the server or any client on the domain). If I plug a laptop directly into
the router, the configuration utility works fine.
The SBS2003 has 2 nic cards; the WAN nic is connected to the Symantec
router, which is connected to the internet. The router works fine, the
internet works fine, (RWW works fine). I have no other obvious problems
except that I can’t ping the router from the server (or any other client on
the domain), and I can reach the router configuration page from the server or
any client (IE 192.168.0.1, the address of the router). The only way I can
set up the router is to plug a laptop into one of the router ports.
It seems to be some firewall setting on the server is blocking the router
local address, any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
