Is ISA installed on the server? If so, do you have a proxy server set in
Internet Explorer? Check your proxy server settings.

If you have ISA installed on the server and you have a proxy server set in
IE, you will need to ensure that you have the ISA packet filter or access
rules (ISA 2004) in place to allow for outbound access.
