Administrator can't log in locally

Howdy!

I have an SBS2003 installation that is used only remotely. It has run
without a monitor or keyboard for almost two years. Patches are applied and
management is done via TS.

Now the network is broken and we need access to the server. We plugged in
the keyboard and monitor and try logging in locally - AND CAN'T!!!

It says the local policy prohibits interactive local login. We are using the
administrator account that was used to install SBS in the first place! We
even tried using the server name instead of the domain name. All to no
avail!

So, any idea why this happened? Was there a service pack or other update
that took the local administrator account out of the local login policy?

Thanks!
