All of this is not useful as this is a 2003 server.

This information is already listed in the accounts.

Faxes have been and still are received without problems, the only issue is
sending from the Terminal Server, not even the Administrator can send from
the TS.

When trying to print to the fax from the TS the fax is listed in the
printers, when selcting the fax and printing the user is presented with the
fax wizard and it appears to work throughout all of the steps, however no
fax is ever sent out.
